




As the lead consultant to Melbourne's Dogma agency on this major project - Michel's Patisserie's move into online ordering - I consulted on the specification and implementation of the RESTful API which integrates with the existing franchise-wide ordering system, as well as providing backend development for the site, including order processing with NAB Transact.
A hugely challenging project, matching technology and logic to the processes of a traditional bricks-and-mortar business. The site went live with minimal issues and strong customer up-take, becoming a marketing success story for one of Australia's most successful franchise groups.
