An online ordering site for public libraries, this has been one of my most challenging PHP projects.

A custom-developed PHP class interfaces the WordPress-based site with TigerLogic's FlashCONNECT API to access the client's in-house D3 database, transacting requests and responses via XML.

A jQuery-powered AJAX shopping basket keeps track of collected items before continuing to a checkout where secure payments are facilitated via Comodo SSL. The WordPress installation features two custom-developed plugins for maintaining title descriptions and book cover images, and sending form information from the website.
