During a working holiday in New York City, reknown music journal CMJ approached me for a much-needed revamp to their aging and convoluted existing site.
With dozens of contributors updating content daily, WordPress matched the requirements perfectly, making backend management of the site fast and easy.

I worked with the in-house (predominantly print-orientated-) design team to bring the image of the site up to date, and developed a handful of custom-designed plugins to replicate existing functionality from the old site, integrating them tightly with the WordPress interface.

Staff can now add YouTube, Vimeo, and SoundCloud clips to stories, as well as post free downloads - a hugely popular feature on the site.
